Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects from inception through to completion. They will coordinate people, resources and processes to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and aligned to client objectives and specifications.

This role would be ideal for someone with a passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of occupational health and safety and environmental management systems
  • Project status reporting on milestones, deliverables, project budget forecasts and risks
  • Project risk identification and management
  • Ensure variations to budget, schedule or scope are approved within agreed delegations
  • Manage and monitor project activity through detailed plans, schedules and reports
  • Manage day to day stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee project progress and activity, task or element completion for quality assurance
  • Provide design phase and construction phase programming services
  • Foster a workplace culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

About You:

  • Substantial experience in multi-disciplined construction execution.
  • Experience in managing construction and assembly projects.
  • Electrical background required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management capability and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong planning, time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to confidently deal with a wide range of people both internally and externally.
  • Results oriented, commitment to delivery and a problem-solving mindset.
