Job Description
Our Role:
As a result of our continued growth and expansion we have a new opportunity for an experienced IMS Business Document Controller to join our Kewdale based office working with our Remote Power division.
The IMS Business Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining business documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and maintain business documents in accordance with ISO9001 standards and company procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure document control procedures and templates are followed.
Retrieve, review, format, file and distribute documents to relevant internal stakeholders ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Maintain and update document control records and registers.
Conduct regular checks to ensure document and record management complies to ISO9001.
Assist with the development and implementation of company wide IMS
Respond to document control enquiries and provide support as required.
Assist with training teams and stakeholders on company procedures.
About you:
Solid experience in Information Management and Record retention
A comprehensive understanding of Document Control principles and processes.
Sound knowledge of document management systems and ISO9001 Standards and quality principals.
Willingness to expand beyond traditional Document Control in areas such as data analysis and technical writing.
High proficiency in MS Office Software – focus on Excel and SharePoint
Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to delivery and strong organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player, with the ability to problem solve.
