Job Description

Are you a dedicated Human Resources Administrator/Assistant?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and self-starting administrator to join our HR team.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering great flexible working options, including the opportunity to opt into a 9-day fortnight.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative services to the Chief People, Sustainability & Culture Officer (CPSCO) and the wider leadership team as required.
  • Coordinate competing calendar management priorities, meeting organisation including preparing agendas, documents, and presentations, and attending to take minutes and track action items.
  • Provide secondary support to the CEO Executive Assistant, including booking critical EXCO meetings, managing room bookings, and providing holiday cover for the Executive Assistant as necessary.
  • Generate HR reports and collate HR data to produce regular and ad-hoc HR metrics reporting.
  • Support the broader HR team with administrative requests.
  • Actively participate in and initiate continuous improvement of all Human Resources processes.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience working in human resources/administration support roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Excellent demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook and MS Teams.
  • The ability to communicate and interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion required in an HR function.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong drive, resilience, and initiative, with a proactive approach, consistently undertaking tasks beyond your primary responsibilities.
