Job Description

You will be responsible for the ongoing management, direction and success of Pacific Energy’s cyber security strategy. You will help build and develop a strong and cohesive Cyber Security team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering great flexible working options, including the opportunity to opt into a 9-day fortnight.
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and support your team in developing their technical and professional skills.
Manage, direct and shape the Pacific Energy Cyber Security strategy and oversee its successful implementation.
Develop and implement a Cyber Security Framework which aligns to Pacific Energy’s company standards.
Direct and track organisation cyber posture improvements against our cyber frameworks.
Manage the cyber risk register and develop robust risk management strategies.
Cyber risk assessment/audit preparation, reporting and post audit improvements.
About You:
Tertiary qualifications in business, technology or related field or equivalent experience.
Cyber security related certifications are desirable.
IT leadership experience in creating and developing high performing team members.
Experience leading critical security initiatives to protect company’s assets.
Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, NIST, AESCSF and ISO preferred.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Effective experience in Data Security and Data Loss Prevention.
