Our Role:
As a result of our continued growth and expansion we have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Coordinator – Fleet and Facilities, to manage and maintain a register of all Commercial Leases, Operational Facilities, Motor Vehicles and Mobile Equipment.
You will assist in the development, review and implementation of asset management policies, procedures and develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for facility and asset equipment to optimise asset life, reduce downtime and ensure cost efficiency. As the Senior Coordinator – Fleet and Facilities you will proactively manage the operational day to day administrative activities for vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met for all rectification work.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits on all assets to uphold fleet performance, reliability and safety standards.
- Lease management, including all rent invoices and tenant payments.
- Liaise and coordinate minor works with landlords at the approval of the Chief Operating Officer.
- Coordinate external contractors for all re-active repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Monitor and review service contracts for suppliers.
- Provide relevant information regarding the adding or removal of a new facilities and equipment including accident management claims until finalised for the purposes of insurance.
- Manage the Acquisition and Disposal of Passenger and the Light Commercial Vehicles as per the policy ensuring forward forecasting for financial requirements.
- Develop & Maintain Electronic Operating System.
- Liaise with Quality Team, Regional Managers and Site Managers regarding onboarding and management of Contractors when on site.
- Liaise with Finance Department regarding changes to insurance.
- Maintain a register of approved contractors for maintenance and repair services.
About you:
- Knowledge and or experience in the coordination of buildings, facilities, motor vehicle fleet and asset management concepts and relevant government policy.
- Demonstrated project coordination skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise, monitor and multi task
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with strong ability to achieve outcomes through others.
- Cert IV in Business or similar qualification or minimum 2 years in similar position
