In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our document management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless collaboration. Your key contributions will include:
Organising and maintaining document registers to keep track of statuses, versions, and locations
Playing a vital role in the rollout and implementation of Teambinder
Conducting thorough quality checks on document formatting, revision history, and approval workflows
Refining and reviewing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company standards
Structuring electronic folders with logical naming conventions for effortless access and navigation
Guiding teams and stakeholders on Document Management Systems and best practices
Managing the coordination and submission of documentation, drawings, and engineering deliverables
Be part of the solution
Experience as a Document Controller or in a similar discipline
A keen eye for detail and proactive mindset
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with implementing or working with TeamBinder desirable
High competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
A balance of autonomy and teamwork
