We are looking for Electrical Supervisors to oversee, coordinate and contribute to the daily site works for construction projects across Western Australia.
You will need to understand the site works as a whole and the electrical component in a high level of detail to enable procurement, planning and resourcing of relevant works.
To be a supervisor you will have trade skills, good project management skills, people management skills and a full understanding of electrical regulations as applied to construction works.
These roles are for 02/01 rotations.

To be part of the change this role will:
- Co-ordinate labour on site and managing works for building and construction process, including directing sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Generate 6 week works area look ahead, resource requirements and actioning early procurement and/or delivery of materials, plant and equipment.
- Update documentation as required including planning tools, weekly report, work breakdown reports, site quality documentation and incident reports.
- Monitor resource planning, timing and activities to effectively manage the delivery of a project.
- Evaluate hazards, controlling risks and undertaking regular inspections of systems and equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance programmes in line with company policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day priorities.
- Contribute to or lead regular meetings, such as Daily Pre-Start and Toolbox meetings.
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork.
Be prepared to step in as the person responsible for the site under Schedule 26 if the Site Manager is absent.
BE this person
As part of the solution, you will have:
- Minimum A Grade Electrical Trade qualification
- Register as an Electrical Contractors Nominee within 3 months of commencing role
- Have completed the Units of Competency for Statutory Supervisors as required for Schedule 26 of the WHS Mines Regulations and have completed the Legislation Exam for Statutory Supervisors (or guarantee to complete all the requirements within 6 months).
- Demonstrated ability to manage labour resources and procurement.
