As a Project Coordinator at Pacific Energy, you’ll play a key role in driving project success through effective planning, coordination, and financial oversight. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

  • Support the Project Manager in delivering assigned projects to scope, time, and budget.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling activities.
  • Manage financial outcomes, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Organise and coordinate Projects Meeting Minute taking, project meeting Action Registers, Risk Registers, and Safety Reporting.
  • Coordinate staff and subcontractors to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Raise and expedite procurement orders, manage variations and invoices.
  • Oversee communications, safety protocols, and risk management strategies.
  • Maintain quality control and compliance throughout project delivery.
  • Attend site regularly during construction to understand the end-to-end cycle of Project Management.

Be part of the solution

  • Previous Project Coordinator/Admin experience preferred as well as relevant understanding of PMBOK.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with high levels of organisation, self-motivation, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of managing competing priorities while ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
