We are looking for a Commissioning Manager that will lead the FAT process through structured planning, technical oversight and cross functional coordination. You will lead the production team provide direction and guidance to crew leaders, labour hire, subcontractors and contractors.
This role is a Monday to Friday position based in our Kewdale premises.

To be part of the change this role will:
Financial
- Lead reporting requirements (daily/weekly/monthly),
- Track production metrics
- Monitor output and adjust processes to meet scope, schedule and quality requirements.
Production
- Develop FAT procedures and test plans with engineering and QA/QC teams.
- Schedule and coordinate FAT activities with internal teams, vendors and clients.
- Ensure FAT execution, ensuring adherence to protocols and performance standards.
- Conduct system functionality, safety interlocks, control logic and performance tests.
- Act as the primary client interface during FAT, facilitating inspections and approvals.
- Lead resolution of non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure all FAT documentation is complete, accurate and signed off.
- Prepare FAT reports, punch lists and handover packages.
BE this person
As part of the solution, you will have:
- Experience in commissioning, testing or quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical or systems engineering.
- Familiarity with FAT protocols and regulatory standards.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting systems.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
- Demonstrated and effective practical management of priorities to ensures workflow is maintained.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver safety, productivity and quality outcomes.
- A relevant trade qualification or university degree in a suitable discipline)
