As the Manager – Field Service SPS, you will oversee the delivery of safe, dependable, and high‑quality SPS maintenance operations. What you’ll do

  • Coach and develop Supervisors to lift capability and accountability
  • Lead SPS maintenance operations to meet safety, quality, and contractual standards
  • Set clear expectations and priorities for Supervisors and field teams
  • Develop Quotes – including scope, pricing, resources, parts etc, manage Job Costs and Invoices - Track project expenses, labour, materials, and variations, and generate invoices that align with actual job progress and contractual terms
  • Support Maintenance Contract development – cost, documentation, performance requirements etc for new / ongoing maintenance agreements
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure services align with agreements
  • Monitor performance, safety, and work quality, stepping in when needed
  • Provide escalation leadership for incidents and technical issues
  • Oversee governance and electrical safety compliance
  • Work with Planning, Engineering, and Operations to align capability with requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement across our services
  • Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and professionalism

What you’ll bring

  • Current Australian electrical licence, nominee eligibility, and Section 52 DEMIRS Appointed Supervisor (WA).
  • Extensive experience in electrical field operations within complex, safety‑critical environments, with strong knowledge of safety systems, statutory obligations, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership of supervisors/frontline leaders, including coaching, performance management, and capability building across multi‑site operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage service delivery performance to contractual, safety, and quality requirements, with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Well‑developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including client interaction and escalation management, balancing technical judgement, people leadership, and commercial awareness.
