Are you looking for a dynamic role?
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer who will report into the Group Receivables and Payables Manager of Pacific Energy.
This role is accountable for the execution of accurate payment invoices and will be based at our custom-built facility in Kewdale.

To be part of the change this role will:
Execute the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable ledgers for function for Connected Business
Ensure full compliance with all policies, procedures, laws and regulations
Ensure accurate recording of vendor invoices in the ERP
Ensure 100% accuracy of payment of vendor invoices & on time payment
Engage with the Business and Contracting & Procurement team to reach optimal commercial outcome for early/late payment of outstanding amounts
Execute weekly payments and support monthly attribution of payments to either capex/opex for projects and provide reporting to Corporate Finance
Provide guidance to wider business on coding
Analysis & Reporting of AP results including aging of creditors
BE this person
As part of the solution, you will have:
Experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable teams
Previous entry level experience
Knowledge of accounting principles, finance processes.
Experience in MYOB, GreenTree or other ERP systems.
Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft suite of products.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving
