The Management Accountant will oversee financial performance across all functions and partner with them to drive cost efficiency and support strategic decisions. Ensure accurate, timely reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

  • Manage month-end close, prepare timely management accounts with variance analysis, evaluate performance against budget and forecasts, identify key drivers, deliver actionable insights and maintain robust financial models to support planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with budget holders and senior stakeholders to build strong relationships, champion core values, provide financial guidance and translate complex financial data into clear insights.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across functions, drive transparency and ownership, collaborate with stakeholders to build data-driven plans, and monitor performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the business to monitor performance identify efficiency and cost optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulations, support audit processes, maintain strong internal controls, and uphold data integrity across financial systems.

Desired Skills and Experience

As part of the solution, you will have:

  • Fully qualified CA / CPA Accountant or International equivalent
  • 3+ years post qualification experience
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
