This is a Monday to Friday role, based at our custom-built facility in Kewdale.

12-month max term contract with possible extension.

BE part of the change

To be part of the change this role will: 

  • Maintain and update HRIS, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, manage user access, and support system upgrades and new module implementation.
  • Develop workflows, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and implement improvements to enhance HR operations.
  • Prepare contracts and employee lifecycle paperwork, generate reports for compliance and insights, and oversee employee recognition programs
  • Provide HRIS technical assistance and training, advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience

BE this person

As part of the solution, you will have:

  • Certificate IV or higher in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR legislation, awards, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to details
  • Experience in Elmo, highly desirable
