We are expanding our Quality team and seeking two Senior Quality Assurance Advisors, with opportunities across Project Delivery and Asset Operations.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will lead complex and high-risk Quality work, develop practical assurance frameworks and influence outcomes across projects or operations. You will work closely with technical teams, clients and stakeholders to establish clear requirements, resolve Quality issues and focus assurance where it adds the greatest value.

You will also coordinate work within your stream, providing technical direction, allocating work to Quality Assurance Advisors and reviewing key outputs.

Opportunities Available

• Project Delivery: Lead Quality planning and assurance across complex energy projects, including Quality plans, ITPs, ITRs, MDRs, FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover.
• Asset Operations: Establish and strengthen practical Quality controls across operating assets, maintenance, field services and remote operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Quality plans, assurance frameworks, acceptance criteria and evidence requirements.
• Lead complex Quality activities and resolve issues across technical and operational teams.
• Coordinate Advisor workloads based on risk, priority and capability, providing technical direction and review.
• Lead complex NCR investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective-action effectiveness reviews.
• Lead and support audits and assure the completeness and traceability of Quality evidence.
• Represent Quality with project teams, Engineering, Commissioning, Supply Chain, Document Control, operations, suppliers and clients.
• Analyse recurring issues and improve governed Quality tools, controls and ways of working.

About You

You are a hands-on Quality professional who can identify what matters, establish a practical path forward and influence outcomes across functional teams.

You are comfortable leading complex work, making expectations clear and coordinating others without relying on formal management authority. You see Quality as part of successful delivery, not a final paperwork check.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Senior or lead experience in Quality Assurance or a related technical-assurance role
• Experience developing Quality plans, frameworks and acceptance requirements
• Practical experience across relevant areas such as ITPs, ITRs, MDRs, FAT/SAT, NCR/CAPA, audits, commissioning, handover or operational assurance
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent Quality-management principles
• Experience leading complex technical work and coordinating the work of others
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and technical-reporting skills
• Relevant engineering, Quality or technical qualification is desirable, with equivalent experience also considered
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to attend Pacific Energy facilities or project sites when required

Experience in energy, construction, manufacturing, commissioning, operations, maintenance or field services will be highly regarded.
